    First-time homebuyers, especially, can feel intimidated by inspection reports. Here’s why: inspectors are required to document EVERYTHING, even the smallest details—including items that were up to code when the home was built but aren’t anymore. It’s a lot to take in, but here’s the truth...

    👉 The key is to focus on big - ticket items that truly matter, like structural integrity, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and safety concerns.

    A good inspector also plays a huge role in this process. They don’t just provide a report - they break it down, explaining what’s urgent, what’s minor, and what to prioritize. This gives buyers peace of mind and a clear plan moving forward.
